If your business has moved physical location within the Town of Windsor, this update request will be routed to Town Departments for approval and an application fee will apply. Please allow up to 10 days to receive a new Business Certificate. If you would like to request a modification due to change in ownership, a new application is required. If you simply need to update the name(s) of the business officer(s), you may request that change with this form.
